Livepost (http://livepost.in) - An aggregator for news related to India. It has news aggregated in various categories as well as local news aggregated by cities. It has a location aware mobile website (http://livepost.in/m), a social reader app (http://apps.facebook.com/livepost), a twitter bot (@livepostin) and, a keyboard and touch friendly reader interface (http://livepost.in/reader). All news is accessible via a JSON based API also, as detailed here.
SaasApp (http://yatendra.github.com/saasapp) - A framework for creating a multiuser-multitenant software as a service (SAAS) application using shared database architecture. It is written in ASP.Net MVC 3, JQuery and MySQL, and uses Bootstrap framework by Twitter for its layout. http://saasapp.yatendra.com is a demo site that uses this framework.
Around Me (http://aroundme.yatendra.com/) - It gets recommended places around you and your foursquare checkins using foursquare recommendation API. It then shows news, photos, status updates and events around those places.
